Garden Volunteer Session this Saturday at Como & 15th Aves
 10 - 12 Noon

Dear Accord Garden Supporters,

As debatable as the statement that "Spring is here!" may feel at the moment, it is here and this Saturday from 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon we will be waking up the Accord. The birds have cleared away most of the seeds so we will be cutting down the deadheads, cleaning out the garbage and old leaves. I was over at the garden today and already the baby plants are pushing their way through the old mulch in spite of the up and down weather.

It will be cool and maybe even a little wet on Saturday morning but it is important to get this work done as it will soon be consistently warm and the garden will be ready to take off! So if you are able, join us in the garden to welcome it back to life and remember -- come for as long as you can as often as you can. No need to know anything about gardening as the tasks are easy and there are always people around to ask. Come, learn, and be a part of your award-winning neighborhood native plant garden!
