The St. Anthony Park Energy Resilience Group are  interested in bringing in folks from nearby neighborhoods to make their transition town efforts geographically larger than just the SAP neighborhood. If you make plans to attend, please let SECIA staff know so we can keep networking neighborhood activities! Here is their notice:

The St Anthony Park Energy Resilience Group has been mulling Transition Town affiliation for several years and would like St. Anthony Park to become an official Transition Town.  We've scheduled a community meeting to help us envision what this would mean with a larger group.  We are inviting representatives of groups already involved in community building and or sustainability, as well as interested individuals.  Interested people from outside St. Anthony Park are also welcome.

For more, read our local weekly:

Date:  January 17

Time:  7 to 8:30 p.m.

Place:  SAP United Methodist Church on Hillside Ave at Como.

RSVPs would be helpful to get an idea of how many refreshments to bring.  But feel free to come even if you didn't RSVP.  RSVP to Lauren Fulner Erickson at the SAP Community Council lauren@sapcc.org or 651-649-5992
