MIMO Free Store set to open on 5/15- Volunteers & household goods needed!

Good news!
Stuff Sovereignty is spreading in the SE Como neighborhood!

The MIMO neighborhood free store is nearly  underway and southeast residents can shed their unneeded household goods and/or pick up new-to-them items.   Starting Saturday, May 15th  the MIMO free store at 883 29th Ave. SE., 55414 will be open and available for exchange your unwanted furniture and sundries for free (be aware of our unaccepted items list).

Our hours of operation will be 10 am-4:30 pm every Thursday through Saturday.

If you would like to contribute a few hours to helping out please send your name and phone to  mimo@comogreenvillage.info . All volunteers receive a free t-shirt and lunch. Multiple shifts will be rewarded with a 10$ gift card from a local business.

If you can't volunteer there are still ways to help out!
  1. Any items you are willing to donate to the store will be greatly appreciated. Email mimo@comogreenvillage.info and we will arrange for it to be picked up on Tuesday, May 11th (you can also just bring it to the store during hours of operation). 
  2. Let us know if you see reusable goods left behind on your street, again email mimo@comogreenvillage.info .
  3. Spread the word. Let your neighbors and friends know that this service is available.
