Position of Environmental Coordinator Winds Down after 12 years

As the position winds down due to lack of funding I would just like to say a big "Thank You" to all the volunteers, neighbors, and partners I've had the fortunate opportunity to work with.  Together we accomplished some truly amazing things that will have an impact on the neighborhood and region for a long time to come.  From organizing to clean up the coal fired coal plants (Clean Energy Now!), to the award winning work of the Good Neighbor Agreements (Governor's Award 2009), to the creation of the Como Green Village, to important and innovative projects like the Southeast Como Solar Pilot Project & MIMO; you have been there working to make a difference in the community.  I am proud and grateful to have been a part of it and had a chance to work so many unique and dedicated individuals, including some truly fantastic interns who have gone on to do good works on their own.  I wish you all much success into the future, as we have had many successes over the past 12 years.
