"MIMO" stands for "Move In/Move Out," Southeast Como Improvement Association's (SECIA) premier waste reduction project addressing the massive amounts of curbside waste left after people move.  Unwanted items can be taken to the University of Minnesota Reuse Warehouse, which doubles as a neighborhood free store for people to take home discarded items and keep them from being disposed.  Funded by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and the McKnight Foundation, SECIA plans to have a MIMO event this fall.  They are looking for more sponsors and additional neighborhoods to participate!
